A preliminary report by the Chemical Documentation Center in Syria confirmed of targeting al-Kibinne with toxic substances

ARK News: The Center for Documentation of Chemical Violations in Syria said that the hill of the village of al-Kibinne in the countryside of eastern Lattakia province which is a point of clash with the regime was exposed on Sunday morning around nine o'clock to target three rocket-propelled grenades with toxic gases, which resulted in the fall of four injuries, and they were transferred to the medical point in the town of Darkosh receive the necessary treatment.
